Thanks to our specialized and modern dyeing technology, we offer our clients dyeing services that meet the highest quality standards. At our factory, we ensure maximum color consistency between dyeing vats and minimal color aberration through fully automated dyeing and dosing equipment. Additionally, the dyeing process for knitted fabrics is performed fully automatically and with high efficiency.
In the Kasar Dual testing laboratory, all strength and physical tests are conducted for each production batch. Fabrics are tested using devices under standard physical testing conditions: 65% ±4 humidity and 20°C ±2 temperature.

The chemical laboratory consists of three main units: knitting fabric dyeing, pad-batch dyeing, and chemical analysis.
Formulas are created using an automated dosing machine under the computer guidance of specialized colorists. The total number of colors produced daily is 700–750. Pre-conditioning measurements of the fabrics are conducted with a Datacolor spectrophotometer. Tests for formaldehyde, pH, etc., are carried out for each batch in accordance with Malaoeko-tex 100 standards.
Our physical laboratory maintains the quality of yarn production at a high level by implementing a carefully designed quality control process. This comprehensive approach is carried out in full compliance with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) directives and the latest industry standards. This targeted approach aims to minimize production errors by ensuring the high quality of the yarn.
Our laboratory is equipped with state-of-the-art devices such as the Uster Tester-5, Tensorapid-4, HVI 1000, AfisPro-2, and machines for measuring sizes and twisting, which deeply analyze the strength, density, tensile strength, elongation, and other key physical properties of the yarn. The data obtained from these devices is quickly processed by the "Lab-Expert" and "Quantum Expert" data processing networks. These systems allow for efficient and accurate data analysis and effective reporting of results.
The results of the tests conducted are considered a valuable resource for diagnosing and correcting potential errors in production processes. This approach not only allows for managing the process in which production decisions are based on a more solid foundation but also greatly contributes to increasing customer satisfaction by consistently delivering products that meet quality standards.
