Duties:
- The head of the knitting shop must perform official duties.
- The introduction of the technological process of knitting equipment.
- To control the equipment refueling according to the technological calculation.
- Monitor the start and stop of equipment.
- Monitoring the progress of the process.
- Provides leadership over the production site he heads
- It ensures the fulfillment by the site of the tasks in terms of the volume of production, quality, increase in labor productivity, increase in the shift frequency of equipment operation in a given time frame.
- Defines the arrangement of workers, coordinates their activities.
- Checks the quality of products and work performed.
- To carry out measures to identify the marriage and eliminate them, to improve the quality of products.
- Be responsible for manufactured products.
- Know the varieties of material and types of thread used.
- Ensure the correctness and timeliness of registration of primary documents on the accounting of working time, development, downtime.
- Comply with the rules of labor protection and safety and industrial hygiene, technical operation of equipment and tools, as well as monitoring their compliance with the workers.
Requirements:
- 30 - 45 years.
- Higher education (it is possible and secondary special).
- Experience in this field for at least 3 - 5 years.
- Stress resistance, sociability, responsibility, diligence, efficiency, attentiveness, ability to work in a team.
- Confident PC user (MS Office).
- Fluency in Russian and preferably Turkish.
- It is advisable not to have bad habits.
